[edit]If this category is meant to contain the recipients of this award, then it should have a plural name such as "National Heroes of Armenia" or perhaps "Recipients of the National Hero of Armenia award". On the other hand, if the category is meant to hold articles only topically related to the award, then the current name is sufficient. The current contents suggests the former is the case.
