No. Fault is a valid geologic term which would include seismically active faults as well old or inactive faults. The current categorization is more accurate, with Category:Seismic faults a proper sub cat of Category:Faults. In addition, the term seismic fault appears to be a synonym for active fault and as far as I know is not much used. Vsmith 19:25, 8 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
