The name of this category employs two colon prefixes, first Category: and then Wikipedia:. This seems a bit unusual; I've seen no other page name like that on enwp (the English wikipedia). Is this a mistake, or by intent? Are there precedents, of which I'm not aware? Could there be troubles with the prefix recognising template entities, such as {{PAGENAME}} (which here evaluates to Wikipedia:School and university projects/ITS templates)?
