Dennis Darcy Buss (July 11,[1] 1942[2] – November 25, 2018) was an American electrical engineer.

Life and career

Buss was born in Gainesville, Florida,[1] the son of Frank Buss.[3][4] He attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.[1]

In 1985, Buss was named a fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, for his "leadership in VLSI technology research and development".[5]

Buss died on November 25, 2018,[6] at the age of 76.
