Charles B. Letton (c. 1854 – May 1, 1932)[1] was a justice of the Nebraska Supreme Court from 1906 to 1925.

member of the supreme court 19 years and since 1927 has been state librarian and clerk of the supreme court. In 1881 Judge Letton was admitted to the bar in Jefferson county. Served as county prosecutor In Jefferson county for four years and as district judge eight years.[1]

Letton died of a heart attack in Lincoln, Nebraska, at the age of 78.[1]
