Daryl Gioffre is an American chiropractor and nutritionist known for his emphasis on gut health, holistic health, and the promotion of a plant-based alkaline diet.[1][2]

Early life and education

Daryl Gioffre was born and raised in the United States. After completing his high school studies, he earned a bachelor's degree in Pre-Med from Boston College in 1997.[3] He then pursued further education at the University of Bridgeport's College of Chiropractic, where he earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2001.[4]

Career

Gioffre began his chiropractic career in 2001 by founding the Gioffre Wellness Center in New York City, which later expanded to Newport Beach and Naples, Fl[5], providing chiropractic care, nutritional guidance, gut detox and wellness programs.[6][7] He became known for working with media personalities and athletes, including Ryan Seacrest, Kelly Ripa, Petra Němcová, and Bobbi Brown.[8][9][10][11]

In 2015, he founded Alkamind, a brand focused on health and wellness products, particularly those related to alkaline diet solutions..[1][12][13]

Publications

Gioffre has authored two books on health. His first book, *Get Off Your Acid*, was released in 2021 and became a best-seller on the topic of the alkaline diet. He later published *Get Off Your Sugar*, which emphasizes reducing sugar intake.[14][15]
