Deepak Balutia is a politician of Indian national congress. he is the Spokesperson at Uttarakhand congress committee. He is nephew of late Narayan Dutt Tiwari former chief minister of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand and former Home minister of government of India.
Early life & education
[edit]Deepak Balutia was born on 19 Aug 1972 in the village Baluti of the district Nainital Uttarakhand to a middle-class family. His father was a lecturer. He completed his schooling at Nirmala Convent School Haldwani And later he completed his studies with a Bachelor of Science, B.Ed, and MBA (HR). He was Felicitated with the honorary Doctorate award in social work by Bharath Virtual University registered under the NITI AYOG.
