Ghar Jamai (Urdu: گھر جمائی "Live-in son-in-law") is a 2018 Pakistani sitcom airing every Saturday on ARY Digital, starring Shehroz Sabzwari in the titular role. Unable to find a job, Akki ends up becoming a live-in son-in-law after marrying Warda (Namrah Shahid), who however works at a multinational company.[2]
The show follows Akki's life in his wife's house as he suffers her tyrannical mother (Shagufta Ejaz) and mischievous brother (Zuhab Khan) who treat him as their manservant.[2] The show was produced and directed by Rana Rizwan.[2][1]
The show's theme song was sung by Nigel Bobby and composed by Joshua Keyth Benjamin.[1]
