Param Guru Huzur Sarkar Sahab was the fourth Sant Satguru, the spiritual head of the Radhasoami Satsang Dayalbagh, and the founder of the Radhasoami Satsang Sabha. He was born on December 12, 1871, in Murar, in the Indian state of Bihar. He succeeded Brahm Shankar Misra, popularly known as Maharaj Sahab, in 1907. His discourses compiled in books known as Prem Samachar and Four Letters. He departed from this world on 7th December, 1913.
