Karishma Sawant (born July 3, 1997) is an Indian actress who primarily works in Hindi television. She made her acting debut with is best known Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai for her portrayal of Aarohi Goenka Birla in for which she received several awards.[1]

Early life
[edit]Karishma Sawant was born on 3 July 1997.[2] . She is born in Mumbai Maharashtra and completed education from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics . [3]
Career
[edit]Breakthrough and Established success with Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (2021–2023)
[edit]she made her television debut in 2021 with Star Plus's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai .The show proved to be a turning point in her career. Appreciated by the audience and established her as a actress in Indian television. for her role as aarohi, she received numerous accolades and nominations including IIA Award for Best Behen Popular and Best Supporting Actress, Mestarlet Excellence Award Best Supporting Actor. In October 2023, her character was killed off.[4]
She has also featured in music videos "Iltija" with Sarthak Khanna.
