In July 2013, Temitope Apoola, founder of the Lagos Literary Cafe, called LitCaf, announced plans to create a Nigerian encyclopaedia that included everything about Nigeria, not excluding even the tiniest detail.[1]. The project, described as an encycloepdia of true Nigerian identity is planned as an intelligient system of softwares, mobile applications, and devices designed to effectively deliver information to all stakeholders[2]. Laws and Customs of the Yoruba which LitCaf Encyclopedia listed as being published in 1924 formed the nucleus from which the compendium radiates from[3]
