He was born on February 17, 1976, in Kyiv, Ukraine. Head of the Ukrainian Center for International Partnership, founder of a consulting agency AP consulting.

Career
[edit]- Since 1997, he has been working in the restaurant business.[1].
- Since 2005, he has been running his own business, focusing on consulting, hospitality industry, hotels, restaurant management, marketing, and organizing events, seminars, and conferences.[2]
- During his tenure in the restaurant business, he initiated over 20 projects[3][4][5][6].
- Since 2012, he has been involved in charity, social projects, and public activities[7][8][9][10].
- Since 2014, he has been organizing humanitarian aid for the population of Donetsk and Luhansk regions affected by the conflict in Eastern Ukraine[11][12].
- Since 2014, he has been coordinating volunteer programs as part of the Alexander Feldman Charitable Foundation team[13]. Organized the evacuation of more than 10,000 people from the zone of active hostilities, and delivered several hundred tons of humanitarian goods[14][15][16].
- In 2015, he received a grant from UNDP to create jobs for internally displaced persons[17].
- Since 2019, he has been a member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine (NSJU)[18][19].
- He managed the social project Feldman Ecopark, through which he implemented programs for people with disabilities, national minorities, socially vulnerable groups, and other charitable initiatives.
- He collaborates with the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, Rotary International, and the International Charitable Foundation of Alexander Feldman[20].

- In 2009, he organized the largest restaurant complex under one roof in Ukraine. The restaurant facility of the Donbass Arena stadium, which was later recognized as one of the top five European stadiums.
- In 2021, he organized the largest international online marathon by the number of participants.[21]
