Draft:Robert T. Donley

Robert Tucker Donley (1904 – )[1] was a justice of the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia from his appointment on July 3, 1958 to November 4, 1958.

Donley taught law at the West Virginia University College of Law for 25 years. Governor Underwood appointed Donley to a seat on the state supreme court vacated by the death of Justice James B. Riley.[2]

Donley was a Republican.
