SCP-9960 Otherwise referred to as 'The Survivor,' he embodies the grim consequences of illicit nuclear experimentation. His breath resembles a pristine gaseous concoction, yet existing within his vicinity could induce a torturous and protracted agony, owing to the oppressive atmosphere he inhales. To endure the presence of this 'Entity,' one must possess a personal reservoir of oxygen and maintain utmost stillness. There exist no recorded instances of any individual eluding his grasp; he wields thermal perception, possesses galactic-level might, and can regenerate with astonishing rapidity, quicker than the human eye can blink. Much like SCP-096, he relentlessly pursues all who have laid eyes upon his visage, irrespective of the setting's security. This intelligence has been proffered by ⬛⬛⬛⬛.
