Shri Ravishankar Maharaj was born on July 5, 1968, in Chipri village, Madhya Pradesh, India. From a young age, he demonstrated a strong interest in spirituality, often spending time in meditation caves. At the age of eleven, he left home for a solitary spiritual quest and returned three years later to care for his ailing father.

Establishment of Rawatpura Ashram

In 1989, Ravishankar Maharaj established an ashram in Rawatpura, a village in Bhind district, Madhya Pradesh. Despite challenges in the region, including issues with banditry, he focused on community transformation through initiatives in education, social awareness, and spiritual teachings.

Ravishankar Maharaj initiated several programs aimed at improving living conditions in the region.
