Star Wars Episode X is upcoming American space opera film, written and co-produced by Simon Kinberg. Produced by Lucasfilm and set to be distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, the film will be part of the Star Wars franchise. It is the sequel to Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (2019).

[edit]In November 2024, it was announced that Lucasfilm was developing a new trilogy comprising of episodes 10-12, with Simon Kinberg writing the screenplay, as well as co-producing alongside Kathleen Kennedy.[1]
