William Duffy (YEAR – September 24, 1998) was a justice of the Delaware Supreme Court from 1973 to 1982.[1]

Appointed by former Governor Elbert N. Carvel and began service on March 23, 1961, was appointed President Judge of the Superior Court on July 23, 1962; served until August 3, 1966 when he began service as Chancellor of the Court of Chancery; began service as an associate justice of the Delaware Supreme Court on August 9, 1973; retired on January 27, 1982; died on September 24, 1998.[2]
