Francesco Russo (born 1 May 1993) is an Italian actor. He is best known for his roles as Fabrizio in the 2021 slasher film A Classic Horror Story and as Bruno Soccavo in the HBO drama television series My Brilliant Friend. He will play Cesare Rossi in the upcoming biographical historical drama television series M. Son of the Century.

Early life

Russo was born in Santa Maria Capua Vetere, Caserta.[1][2] His father is a geologist and his mother works for the Local Health Authority.[3] He attended a liceo classico in his hometown.[4]

He began acting at the age of five for an amateur theater company.[5] At the age of 19, he moved to Rome to pursue acting professionally,[6] and graduated from the National Academy of Dramatic Arts.[3]
