H. Cuellar Estates is a census-designated place (CDP) in Starr County, Texas, United States. It is a new CDP, formed from part of the Falcon Heights CDP prior to the 2010 census.[1] In the 2020 census, it had a population of 11, down from 20 in the 2010 census.[2]

Education[edit]

The CDP is within the Roma Independent School District.[17] The zoned elementary school for the 2010 Census community is Emma Vera Elementary School.[18] Roma High School is the district's sole comprehensive high school.
