Ivan Apostolov Hristov (Bulgarian: Иван Апостолов Христов); born 15 June 1962 in Aytos, Burgas Province is a Bulgarian former football player and manager. He has was assistant at Cypriot team Anorthosis during their resurgence period in the early 90's, winning the Cypriot First Division in 94-95[1]
During his tenure at the club he initiated the signing of several top Bulgarian players, including World Cup 1994 bronze medalist Iliyan Kiryakov, who was later sold to Scottish side Aberdeen for reported 500 000 pounds.[2]
