MJ Pelser (born (1998-07-28)28 July 1998) is a South African rugby union player for the Zebre in United Rugby Championship.[1][2] His regular position is flanker.[3]

In 2020 Pelser was named in the Lions squad for the Super Rugby Unlocked competition.[4] Pelser made his Lions debut in Round 1 of the Super Rugby Unlocked competition against the Sharks.[5] In 2021 He also played for the Lions in Pro14 Rainbow Cup and Golden Lions in Currie Cup from 2020 to 2022

He was also first to sign for the Italian team Zebre in United Rugby Championship for 2022−23 season.[6][7]
