Nilakandaeshwarar Temple was constructed by Karikala Chola in 433 AD near Noyyal river in Irugur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.[citation needed] The temple's main god was Shiva,[1] along with Nanthi and Parvati.[citation needed]
