Phyllonorycter leucocorona is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from the islands of Hokkaidō, Honshū and Kyūshū in Japan.[2]
The larvae feed on Quercus dentata and Quercus serrata. They mine the leaves of their host plant.
