The Ramla subdistrict is one of Israel's subdistricts in the Central District.[2] There are three principal cities in the subdistrict: Ramla, Lod, and Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut.
History
[edit]The subdistrict is composed mostly of the eastern half of what had been during Mandatory Palestine the Ramle Subdistrict before it was ethnically cleansed by Zionist forces during the Nakba.
