Suggestions

[edit]

G'day, good work with this article. I have the following suggestions if anyone is looking to further improve this article: AustralianRupert (talk) 06:05, 22 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • the references should be formatted in a manner so the bare urls are not showing, for instance you could consider using the {{cite web}} or {{cite book}} templates
  • did the battalion have a distinguishing unit colour patch? If so, perhaps this could be added to the infobox?
  • the lead should be expanded to summarise the whole article and should not contain information that isn't mentioned in the body of the article. So the information about the 82nd should also be added to the Formation section; likewise the lead should be expanded to discuss the later aspects of the unit's history
  • anyway, when the article is in a reasonably finished state, please consider listing it for re-assessment at WP:MHA, or peer review at WP:PR. Regards, AustralianRupert (talk) 06:05, 22 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
