The play-off of the 1971 African Cup of Champions Clubs final

On this page, it is stated that Eteme scored the only goal of the play-off and that it was abandoned after a pitch invasion by fans of Kotoko. However, in issue 160 of Miroir du Football, Mahjoub Faouzi gives Charles Lea as the goalscorer for Canon and the reason for the abandonment as the Kotoko players refusing to play in protest at the referee disallowing what would have been an equalising goal.
