How does the electoral system for local elections looks like in Lebanon? If it is the same as for parliamentary elections (Plurality-at-large voting : each voter, irrespective of his/her religious affiliation, has as many votes as there are seats), are the 24 seats elected at large or by district and is there also a pre-set allocation of seats according to religious affiliation?----Bancki (talk) 11:58, 13 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
