Merge?
[edit]Should we merge this with the larger tornado outbreak? That section is very small and much smaller then this and it was not notable enough to atomaticallu warrant a split. 68.129.11.36 (talk) 23:00, 22 January 2022 (UTC)
- Support This tornado might warrant an article if one didn't already exist for the larger outbreak. As it is, though, I think it's an unnecessary content fork. TornadoLGS (talk) 22:20, 10 February 2022 (UTC)
- @ChessEric: would you agree to a merger? You're the only one who's added substantially to it after it was started. TornadoLGS (talk) 03:29, 11 February 2022 (UTC)
- @TornadoLGS: I worked on it because it seemed like a good article to add to since it existed. As far as merging it, I'm not sure. I see why we would merge it, but I worked hard to make the article even readable (it was structured terribly). Of course, working hard on it is not a viable reason not to merge it, but I thought it was worth mentioning. I'll get back to you on that. ChessEric (talk · contribs) 17:32, 11 February 2022 (UTC)
- @TornadoLGS: Okay. So I have a weird request. I'm willing to merge the article, but can I either move this page to make it one of my user pages or just copy and paste it to a new page for my own user page? I would like it as keepsake if you know what I mean.ChessEric (talk · contribs) 02:13, 14 February 2022 (UTC)
- @ChessEric: I see no problem with that. I think a number of people have used sandboxes for things like that. Honestly I was thinking of comparing the Meteorological Synopsis sections from the two to see if any of one should be added to the other. I'm a bit tired for anything big like a merge, and I'll wait a bit more for any further comments anyway. TornadoLGS (talk) 03:45, 14 February 2022 (UTC)
- I also support a merge. United States Man (talk) 01:08, 16 February 2022 (UTC)
