Fix incorrect percentages

[edit]

The "Total" row always shows "100.00%", which is not what the percentages above sum to (except for the first row, which seems to be correct). It seems that the percentages listed above, for each choice, are correct, and are shown as a percent of the overall number of valid votes (37,040), which reflects the overall goal of a method that gets at least 50% support overall. Those subtotal percentages should then be added up to a total which shows what percent of votes were transferable to the given round. The "non-transferable" row should also be more clear, probably showing the running total of non-transferable votes, rather than what seems to be the newly-non-transferable votes, since .91+1.36+2.44+52.42+42.84 = 99.97 (== 100% with roundoff). ★NealMcB★ (talk) 13:07, 13 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
