K-pop or South Korean pop music

[edit]

I find this the title of the article is wrong because that is not tradtional Korean music or any part of tradictional Asian music you should change it to K-pop or South Korean popular music. --Thisiswwrong (talk) 19:51, 17 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed, the title of these pages are very inaccurate. 68.48.199.201 (talk) 12:22, 3 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

[in reply to first comment above]: Ok, please mention some notable Korean music events that should be included on the page and I'm sure they will include it, or you can add them. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.159.23.107 (talk) 15:30, 20 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Multiple Issues Tags are Incorrect

[edit]

The multiple issues tags on the top of the page are incorrect, especially the ones that state the content is written as an advertisement. This page is no different than the other South Korean/K-Pop pages on Wikipedia as it's listing the releases for the year as well as debuts, disbandments, solo debuts, and group reformations. Look at the other compilation pages for this genre: They are the same. They are formatted the same. And yes, there is "intricate detail." The genre isn't niche anymore, thus "Hallyu Wave." There will be a lot of detail.

Additionally, it would be appreciated if content would stop being deleted! Four times tonight I've tried to add citations for disbandments, and each time, someone keeps deleting the page and I have to redo everything. — Preceding unsigned comment added by LeinaGrace (talkcontribs) 06:27, 28 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Probably because you drew attention to your edits by vandalising another page. [1] WWGB (talk) 06:57, 28 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Another page WASN'T vandalized. If you read the source that was linked AND the explanation, you would see why the edit was made. It was a quote BY Carrie Fisher about how she wanted her death recorded. [1][2][3][4] — Preceding unsigned comment added by LeinaGrace (talkcontribs) 06:52, 29 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Continued deletion of relevant information

[edit]

There are several lesser known groups not included on this page that are completely relevant to the topic, yet the edits keep getting undone with NO reason whatsoever. 68.48.199.201 (talk) 12:22, 3 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Speed Disbandment

[edit]

Speed is not on the page, but it doesnt mean its disbanded. And no official announcement was released after. CSJH isnt on the SM page, (ive checked) but it is still known to be on indefinite hiatus76.174.35.70 (talk) 01:56, 16 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
