2021 ATP Points (points won)

I understand the points defending, it's written really clearly, but can someone please explain why some players are adding/winning multiple point values during the 2021 tournament? eg Denis Shapovalov and Karen Khachanov 10+45+45? Because of the adjusted rankings earlier this year, calculating the defending points of the participating players, male and female, singles and doubles, is trickier. See the rankings table in the 2nd section for reference. Refer to this article for additional info. If you need assistance regarding anything tennis related, feel free to let me know on my talk page.
