more work needed
[edit]I did not plan to work on this article today, but instead create a small biographical article about an obscure, one-term delegate from one of the counties from which this unit was recruited, who served in the Virginia House of Delegates immediately after the conflict. However, my main source gave two different names for that man, and I could not confirm his basic birth/death vital information on ancestry.com to support either of those names/articles (the other man turned out to be from King William County and after contacting the appropriate local history library, I found that not only was my planned subject now mentioned in one of that local library's new online exhibits but Brent Tartar published encyclopediavirginia.org articles about both one-termers earlier this year). Thus, I used the in-library time I had allocated last Saturday to begin a table for this article, since I knew his near-successor was an officer in this unit. I accessed the appropriate book in the H.E. Howard Inc. series of Virginia Regimental Histories. However, I also need my caffeine, and somehow last Saturday afternoon near closing missed the appendix's officer list. Thus, I revised it and another existing article more both yesterday afternoon and this morning while drinking caffienated beverages. Still, my laptop touchpad's acting up again and I have those bio articles to write. Which is a long way of saying I don't know when or if I'll be able to finish upgrading this article using that very useful source.Jweaver28 (talk) 21:19, 4 June 2022 (UTC) and revised Jweaver28 (talk) 15:00, 11 June 2022 (UTC)
