Paratransit fleet

[edit]

I'm currently gathering as much information as I can on the Sun Van Fleet, which is very little. I have enough information for the 1200 series fleet that was delivered in 2012-2013, but the old 2300 & 2600 fleet I can find nearly nothing. The information I put in here I extrapolated from images and company brochures. there is only one picture of a 2600 bus, but no 2300 or 1200 buses, if anyone can be of assistance. below is the template I'm working on, will post when we have enough information DLRamos (talk) 18:16, 25 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Route Chart

[edit]

In an effort to make this page look better, I have started on a template for the routes, with several options listed.

ABQ RIDE routes chart (still in beta) DLRamos (talk) 16:36, 27 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

As of April 17, I have created the article List of ABQ RIDE Transit routes. a talk page has also been opened there for collaboration. DLRamos (talk) 19:12, 17 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

New Logo & color scheme deployment

[edit]

Whilst I was looking at the RTC XN60 that passed through here recently, I had the opportunity to talk to Rick De Reyes, Public Relations for ABQ RIDE. I asked him what the deal is with the new color scheme on the XN40's that are being delivered. (as of April 17, 2014, this right here is the only mention of a new color scheme on the new deliveries, I will try to get pictures when I can.) Color scheme (approximate) is as follows:

  •   Base color
  •   Color starting at bottom of Windows to ground. Front & back. at rear window, color 45°'s upward to green line.
  •   Color trim, a thick line between the windows and "sharkfins."

Not only this new color scheme, but De Reyes also mentioned a new rollout of ABQ RIDE's logo and advertising. He did not comment if there will be a name change. (as of April 17, 2014), the 12 buses that have been delivered have no logos or writing other than their roster number. Although they can be seen from Yale Blvd & St. Cyr (Yale Garage), get your zoom lens. In the mean time, once I can get more reliable information for the Wiki, I will do so. To add onto that, this is a template I created. I don't consider it Wiki-worthy, but its a general idea of what's going on. DLRamos (talk) 15:14, 18 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
