I've created this page. Regarding notability, the TAMEST "Next Frontier" report was covered widely in the press, as are the awards they give out each year. In addition the organization is notable due to the notability of its members.

I gave some references, but it would be great if someone came up with more. There are lots of news articles out there about TAMEST, so it shouldn't be too hard to find a few.
