Removing merge tag

[edit]

I have removed the tag about discussions about merging this article with Adair Park (Decatur). I looked and there has been no discussion on either talk page. Taking bold action, I have removed the tag from both articles because, as a resident of Atlanta and a former resident of Adair Park in Decatur, I can state that the neighborhoods are not at all related and are separated by a distance of about 7 miles. To discuss merging these articles would be equivalent to discussing the merger of the Decatur, Illinois article with the Decatur, Georgia article: two different places completely. Copy and paste issue

[edit]

The first paragraph of the history section is lifted from the National Register page and needs to be re-written. Don't copy and paste, people! Cite sources. A Softer Answer (talk) 01:40, 15 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
