The AFDDEC became the LeMay Center for Doctrine Development and Education 3 years ago and the LeMay Center has its own wikipedia site. Delete the AFDDEC site to remove duplicate information and to reduce content management

Isn't the fact that this is sourced (see the end of the article, under "External Links") and the source is a public domain site help any? I am in the process of paraphrasing this article (I seem to be better at finding information than writing about it....), but I have not "directly copied" this article from the USAF factsheet site. Sorry, I didn't realize it was a public domain site -- "Privacy and security" isn't where I usually look for such statements on a website. For the record, it states that it can be copied at [[1]]. Hopefully this will end such debates.
