Title

[edit]

Why is this article at Aizuwakamtasu Castle rather than Tsuruga Castle or Tsuruga-jo? I've never heard the castle referred to as anything but Tsuruga-jo or Tsuruga Castle, and all the signs in town refer to it by this name. — BrianSmithson 07:43, 4 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This castle is called "Wakamatsu Castle" 若松城(わかまつじょう) on the Japanese page. -Artanisen (talk) 08:57, 30 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I've lived here next to Tsuruga Castle for over four years. My Japanese family are from Aizuwakamatsu also and we all still live here. It is only ever referred to by locals, Japanese and foreigners as, Tsuruga Castle. The title of this page must be updated, it is factually incorrect. 2405:6583:30E0:4400:5047:E77B:950C:7672 (talk) 22:07, 3 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
