[edit]I am THOMAS FITZPATRICK - British subject working in Prague for unicridit bank (contract finishes in April 2016.)
Details of the incident – AT PANRAC Shopping center Albert Hypermarket.
On Sunday 13th December at about 1pm I was walking fron the checkout after buying and paying for two pair of socks.
I was forcibly stopped by two men who said something in Czeck and then in English -- ”you are in trouble you must open your bag someone has senn you put sports equipment in your bag.”
I said that I would not open my bag and they took it of me and opened it . They searched it and found nothing.
I asked to see the manager but they said no I could not dio that.
I walked to the manager’s office and one of them pushed me back.
They all said they could not speak English and just laughed at me.
There were many people watching.
I went to the information desk in the shopping centre and they gave me a form to fill in which I did and they sent a copy to the hypermarket manager and gave me a copy.
Then I went back to the hypermarket manager and he gave me a letter in CZECK which said that I has been falsely accused of sdhoplifting.
I gave a copy of this letter to the Information desk and kept the original for myself.

This is the reply I received for this email from AlBERT HQ in Prague.
Dear Mr. Fitzpatrick,
we understand your point of view, however we do not take the responsibility for the behaviour of the employees from the tenants in a shopping mall Arkády Pankrác. As far as I have the information from the supermarket, the Store Manager is apologising for the personal once more, which is obviously written in a letter in czech language.
Thank you for your understanding. We wish you a very Merry Christmas.
S pozdravem / Best regards

Not taken responsiblity for their own employees actions. This from a major international supermarket chain - unbeleivable but one hundred percent true. I have all the document to prove it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.122.80.40 (talk) 11:10, 18 December 2015 (UTC)
