The comment(s) below were originally left at Talk:Alexander Bustamante/Comments, and are posted here for posterity. Following several discussions in past years, these subpages are now deprecated. The comments may be irrelevant or outdated; if so, please feel free to remove this section.

There have not been "Tainos" (Arawaks) in Jamaica since they were eradicated by the Spanish in the 1600s. How could Bustamante's mother have been native American. And BTW, Jamaicans do not use the term "Taino." Only Hispanic countries use that word. Who wrote this??
