Cleanup templates

I'm trying to address the three issues listed for the article on Almon Harris Thompson. I've removed the links to future articles that have not yet been made that were in red. I've addressed the issue of John Wesley Powell and explained the publication of Thompson's diary.

I need to know what I need to do regarding the inline citations. I used the formatting guidelines and made the references using the ref tags. I need to find out what I'm doing incorrectly so I can fix it.

Also, who to do submit to once I have everything done so the "issues" statement can be removed from the article.
