Another use of Amlodipine not mentioned in the article is for treatment of headache, often used in conjunction with Amitriptyline. For example, following coratid artery dissection. Amlodipine

In the Quick facts section [which does not have an edit option], under the sub-heading Metabolites, it cites: "…various pyrimidine metabolites". This should read: "…various pyridine metabolites" as stated correctly in the text in the Pharmacokinetics section of this article. From NJC who has worked on the metabolism of amlodipine.
