World Ranking

I removed the information set about the World Ranking by RogerWNZ because it would require monthly updates to the wiki entry which are unlikely to be regularly made. Showing outdated information on a wiki page is not a gage of quality and instead the page should focus on past achievements which do not have a time lapse. Also, Andrew Baggaley's world ranking as of October 2010 is 196 (not 201) as stated in the ITTF World Ranking list for October 2010.
