This makes no sense:

"reviews presented by paid members are more reliable than reviews posted on other websites such as Yelp because "Companies can't pay to be on Angie's List"

If this is true this is just a criminal enterprise.

History Question

I'm not an editor so I'll let you guys figure this out. The History section says "Angie's List was co-founded ...in 2009". Then the next paragraph says "In 1996, Angie's List purchased Unified Neighbors..."
