Apollonius of Citium
[edit]Just discovered this (very nice) page, having created a stub page on Apollonius of Citium earlier today. I will probably move this page Apollonios of Kition to Apollonius of Citium as per standard Wikipedia policy on names: WP:UE, but I thought I'd better give advance warning first, out of politeness, and in case of any objections. Redirection
[edit]Isn't better to just redirect it? Both spellings have been used in the various texts.

- True but "Apollonius of Citium" is much more common in English language works. It is what most English-speakers would search for, it's certainly what I searched for when hunting for a page on him, (after creating a page on the Empiric school). I sympathise though, I'm sure Latinised names do look odd (or just plain wrong) to native Greek-speakers. Oh well, I won't make an issue of it, I will stick a redirect on Apollonius of Citium then.
