I would include

  1. a historical development section that begins from Steiner's formulation of the problem but emphasizing concrete developments, both theoretical and practical, since.

Thanks. Thats helpful. I'm not sure how much time I'll actually be spending on here... I want the page to be accurate and useful but I don't want to spend hours and hours on it. I just wanted to get the ball rolling (so important to have healthy, alternative economic ideas accessible in this day and age). I'm expecting that friends will step in soon and clean it up a bit.
