Dates for Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland appointment?

The article currently states that Geddes had an appointment in the RCSI from 1913-1914. However, his Census return from 1911 (Ireland) states that he was already in that position: http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/reels/nai000216503/ Do we have a more solid reference for his start/end dates there?
