[edit]

I remved the statement:

It was first mentioned in a Greek deed of gift by King Saint Stephen in 990 (in 1025).

because I cannot find any reference of this, nor of who "King Saint Stephen" refers to. Karol 09:48, 25 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

OK, I get that, I just wasn't sure if it was that Stephen. Anyways, where does it say about that Greek gift? Karol 10:50, 25 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
It was first mentioned in a Greek deed of gift by King Saint Stephen in 990 (in 1025). - Hm, poor English.
Its about a giftletter, which is written in Greek language (not yet in Hungarian). I dont know better word, like giftletter, sorry. It was an officialy signed paper in the 'early-feudalism', which was issued by the King, and declares the owner of the land (The Benedictines, in Tihany). Purifikate 11:09, 25 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
