The Bambi Proof?
[edit]WTF?!
That's all I gotta say on the matter.--RevWaldo 00:49, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
- I concur. It's bad enough it's on the page, but who actually sat and worked it out, and why?! I really think this should be removed. If no-one objects in a week it's gone. Spugmeister 12:14, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
- It's been a week and no objection, I'm removing 'The Bambi Proof'. Spugmeister 22:49, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
I'm a bit late but I STRONGLY object to it being removed. it's good to know these things as it keeps track of the episode time relations, if I can get it back I will do so. MJN SEIFER 18:44, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
And Now it's back up. I dunno why you guys deleted it but I thought it was unfair to the person who did it and as I mentioned it was informative and deleting it could be seen as vandalism. MJN SEIFER 18:49, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
- I disagree. It's not informative, it's bizarre. There's no need to keep track of time relations, it's a comedy not a documentary. It's there for comedic effect not continuity. I'm not getting into a revert war, but seriously, is the fact that someone went to the effort to work it out justification enough to keep this highly irrelevant speel cluttering up the page? It's an encyclopedia, do you think anyone will come to this page and think, 'Oh, I wonder if the air date coincides with the last time they washed their clothes?' Spugmeister 12:25, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
Well I actually was wondering it. I was actually going Forum the question and I happend to look on here and it was there MJN SEIFER 19:10, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
- Even so, Wikipedia is not a place to dump any old trivia. Spugmeister 09:41, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
Oxbridge
[edit]How come no one notcide that * Oxbridge is also a Portmanteau of real life coleges "Oxford" and "Cambridge" MJN SEIFER 19:11, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
Granada Television Parody!
[edit]Here's something to add to the Trivia page. There is a sign behind Mel Smith as the security guard at the TV studio. If you look closely behind him, the sign reads GRENADA, not GRANADA! They even have the logo turned backwards! Curvebill 22:28, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
Adam Rutherford
[edit]Kudos to UCL Rutherford on "Christmas University Challenge" on 20 December 2015 for identifying the narrator of a recording of "Peter And The Wolf" as Toxteth O'Grady. Sadly it was incorrect. Mr Larrington (talk) 20:20, 31 December 2015 (UTC)
