Second Bank Date

I thought the second Bank of the United States expired in 1836, not 1841. I'm going to change it unless someone corrects me. Nonamer98 (talk) 13:18, 22 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

In February 1836, the bank became a private corporation under Pennsylvania law. The private bank suspended payment in 1839 and was liquidated in 1841. See the article. --Dthomsen8 (talk) 01:29, 6 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
