This article on this important phenomena deserves more that a summary of a J Chem Ed article (esteemed though Rzepa's article is). Please expand this, adding relevant secondary sources, and some solid UG physical and inorganic chemistry text citations. Today I completed the Berry citation, completed and normalized 4 references to Rzepa et al (eliminating the 3 bare URLs), and then, because it was clearly called for, I added the "single source" tag.
